    Every listing shows the gecko, its mum and dad, and the full bid history.

    Register to bid

    Create an account with your email and phone number, then verify your email.

  3. 03

    Place a bid

    Each bid must beat the current bid by at least the minimum increase. Bids and bidder names are public, and all amounts are in South African Rand.

  4. 04

    Fair close

    A bid in the final 20 seconds adds another 20 seconds, so nobody can snipe the win.

  5. 05

    Reserve prices

    Some geckos have a reserve. If the auction closes below it, it shows “reserve not met” and there is no winner.

  6. 06

    Winning

    There is no online payment. The winner and the seller are each emailed the other’s contact details, to arrange payment and collection.

Your contact details are shared only with the seller if you win.
